1. Acceptance of Terms

- No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Failure to use the Platform does not constitute grounds for refund.
5. No Income or Results Guarantee
Actionera Academy provides educational materials, tools, AI systems, networking opportunities, and community support.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Revenue
- Business growth
- Lead generation
- Sales results
- Financial outcomes
- Professional success
Any examples of earnings or success are illustrative only and not guarantees of performance. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
6. Community Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or misleading content
- Harass or threaten members
- Engage in spam, scraping, or data harvesting
- Upload malware or harmful software
- Misrepresent products, services, or credentials
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts without notice.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post.
By posting, you grant Actionera Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote, and archive your content within the Platform.
You represent that you own or have rights to post all submitted content.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform materials — including branding, software, AI systems, educational materials, design, and proprietary tools — are owned by Actionera Inc. or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, distribute, or modify without written consent.
9. Third-Party Services & Experts
The Platform may feature third-party experts, partners, or members promoting services.
- We do not endorse specific outcomes.
- We are not responsible for third-party agreements.
- We are not liable for disputes between members.
All transactions are independent agreements.
10. DMCA Copyright Policy
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA notice including:
- Your contact information
- Description of the copyrighted work
- URL of infringing material
- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Your signature

11. Termination

No refunds will be issued upon termination for violations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actionera Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or platform downtime.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Actionera Inc. from claims arising from your content, conduct, business activities, or violations of these Terms.
14. Mandatory Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration shall occur in the State of Oregon.
Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
You waive your right to a trial by jury.
15. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute shall be brought solely in your individual capacity.
You waive the right to:
- Participate in a class action
- Serve as a class representative
- Join consolidated claims
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
17. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
